LondonWives: Ohhh, What a night!!!

Had such a GREAT time celebrating Hilde's 30'th birthday!
Rolf, her husband had arranged a fantastic surprise party for her!! With 10 friends coming from Norway, and a a bunch of friends living in the UK, it was a perfect mix of people :)

We were all told to meet at the Slug and Lettuce in Waterloo at 7 pm. As we got there, we were handed different masks to wear when Hilde entered the venue. Rolf had told Hilde he'd won a competition at work, and the prize was to go out for a nice meal and drinks.

The Queen was there of course, it's not everyday Hilde turns 30!! :):)

It was so funny, we saw her coming in to the pub/restaurant, and she looked so serious, she looked at us, but didn't understand or realise it was her friends, we were all wearing masks - a mix between The Queen, David Beckham, Prince Harry, Beoncé and many more :) As Kari Anne raised her glass, we all took off our masks and cried out; HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! :) She was absolutely gobsmacked!!! Soooo funny, she had NO clue what Rolf had planned for her! :)

We spent the early evening hours at Slug and Lettuce drinking beer, wine and champagne, eating finger foods and having a great time!!

At 10.30 pm, Rolf had hired a massive Hummer limo, to take us all to the nightclub. The limo was hired for one hour, so that we could go for a spin around London, before stopping in Kensington.

One hour., and four BIG bottles of champagne down.. ;)

Thanks to our good friend Kristina, and her brilliant man, Jamie, we had managed to get us all in to Kensington Roof gardens, London’s only rooftop Private Members Club. And an absolutely AMAZING one indeed, I would easily call it the very BEST nightclub in London!!

There are three themed gardens sprawling over 1.5 acres including fully grown oaks and fruit trees, growing in just 1.5m of soil, and a flowing stream stocked with fish and wildlife.
