All the happy people everywhere, and the sunny weather made it a perfect day! Couldn't be more lucky with the weather, as the rest of the week's been freezing cold with snow showers!
Parents had baked all sorts of scrumptious cakes for the students to sell to raise money for people in Africa and the UK who are are living in poverty and facing terrible injustice.
Face painting, shoe-shine service, sale of toys and books and many other joyful activities made it a fun-filled day for both children and parents :)
Just a few of the many cakes
The face painting girls ready for 'customers' :)
Even the fire brigade popped in, to the delight of the children :)
All in all we've had a very happy day :)
