Finally some outdoor time!

Oliver has been ill for some days now, and having spent the last few days indoors, being bored, we were all ready for some outdoor time! We baked a few buns, packed our picnic basket and tennis rackets and headed for the park.

 Rafael spent the day with us, it's so nice for the boys to have someone to play with when they're off school. Good thing not everyone's gone back to Norway for the holidays :)

table tennis after lunch, and when that got boring, they just invented new games...! :)

 When the boys were busy playing, I snapped a few flowery photos..it might not feel like it, but spring is definitely here!

Looking forward to the weekend and David finally having a few days off work, last day today, and then he's off until Tuesday, yey!

Let's hope the Easter Bunny pays us a visit soon ;), the window cleaner just knocked on our door, and the boys were SO exited, thinking it was the Easter Bunny, only to be very disappointed when they opened and saw a scruffy man with a mop in his hand :) ;)

Bergen Town

 Still spoiled with blue skyes and sunshine in Bergen at the moment, a perfect day to take a trip to town.
Had to take some pictures, looks so beautiful and bright in this weather!Seems like everybody who isnt skiing in the mountains, is out enjoying the sun and maybe the years first ice cream=)

 Torgallmenningen in Bergen is so lovely, you can sit and relax on one of the many benches and just look at people passing by. Always a lot going on there in the spring and summer time, its like suddenly the hole town comes to life when we step into spring. My favourite time of year!

 Had to have a littel look in the shops, even we have got Vero Moda in London now=)

Cobbelstones streets are typical in Bergen, charming but NOT practical when you`re wearing heels...

 Even the artist where out today, cant belive he did these amaizing pictures with spray paint!!Was standing watching for ages, really impressing!Still cant get over how good the paintings was!Regret I didnt bought one, if I see him agen I will get one!

Been such a great start on the easter, on thursday is back home=) But I have got Norwegian easter eggs with me so im happy=)

The sky is blue and the sun is shining

 When the UK is having the coldest march in 50 years or so, Bergen is having the sunniest months as long I can remember!So glad we are having the first week of the easter break in Norway, hopefully the weather will change in London when we are going back on thursday..Cant stay cold and horrible for ever?!?

 Aleksander is visiting his dad (who lives in Bergen), so me and my mum went on a hike to Storrinden, were you have a stunning view over Flesland airport. On days like this you can see the planes coming in to land.
I used to take Aleksander up her when he was younger and watch the planes.He loves it here, and its a popular place to take the kids for a sunday exception=)

Even its sunny its freezing cold and minus degrees, so needed my faux faur and hat!!!

A splash of colour

The other day, we went up to the common to take some photos of Hilde for her to use on her website. But before we took her photo, she took some outfit photos of us.

Not quite sure what Irene's doing halfway inside that tree!! Haha ;) :)

Balancing on the tree, whilst trying to look nice, was not as easy as it looked, especially not with heels, and before I knew it, I slipped and smashed into the ground, head first!!

Felt like an idiot, muddy all over! Absolutely hilarious!! :-D :-D

Irene couldn't even stand up straight, she was laughing so hard!! :)

Luckily Irene had some wet wipes in her car, so I could wash off the worst of the mud :)
 After I got cleaned up, it was Hilde's turn to get photographed.
She's written a children's book, and  needed some photos to complete her website. Love the jacket she's wearing, such a fresh colour!

The sun came out, so we decided to snap a few more pics before calling it a day :)
